Currently, membership to the Pinnacle pool and Clubhouse is mandatory for all residents of Pinnacle. This method is required to repay the fixed commercial loan taken out for the construction of the pool and clubhouse. Based on projections of home construction in the neighborhood, the loan should be paid off in 2008. At that time, the management and ownership of the pool will be turned over to the Pinnacle Homeowners Association and members may vote to change the mandatory membership requirement.
